Setting up of Units under sub-section (3) of section 144B of the Income-tax Act, 1961 – reg
In pursuance of sub-section (3) of section 144B of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following amendments in the Office Order — 2 of even number dated 10.06.2022, namely :-
In the said Order, in the ANNEXURE, in the Income-tax Authorities of (Review Unit)-1, Chandigarh, the entry at Sr.No.9 shall be omitted
2. This order shall come into effect immediately.
3. This issues with the approval of Chairman, CBDT.
